Some FC users who were echolalic (at best) can now read what they have written aloud.

I’m so humbled to read your works, you are amazing and an inspiration to ALL. I am currently in summer school at IUPUI. I have posted a few comments on your page in the past and just enjoy your aura in general, you’re such a beautiful christian and i do see God in you through your writing, don’t worry. I’m taking a class that requires us to either read a book that has something to do with special education or to do a reseach paper on an topic of interest. i chose to do a research paper on FC, even though it was the harder route. I’m amazed at all the information on FC that is out there and why hasn’t it been embraced nationally.
I just wanted to say that I met Jamie Burke in person, and if every skeptic could meet him in person, or you for that matter they’d understand and become advocates of FC. He is an echolaic speaker, but his thoughts he writes are beautiful…so full of emotion, which totally debunks myths on how the autistic brain works. sorry i could write forever on the topic, but my real reason for writing you is that i want to be friends. Please write me back and let me know who your favorite artists are. Music, art, drama, etc. Talk to you soon.

Ian, I am a facilitator working with two boys ages 8 and 11. I am interested in advice on supporting them to independence…want to join me?

Pam, Sure, I’ll help, though most of my independent typing requires a touch on my shoulder. Ian
P.S. Thanks for posting a comment!
